Lovely ceramic stoneware tokkuri bottle from Japan, 1960s. Wabi-sabi vessel wood-fired in iron rich clay with natural ash and kiln markings. Subtle throwing rings and organic surface variation throughout. Traditionally used for sake. Excellent condition and marked on underside.
